The staff and the service were both premium. In the reception you even have dates and coffee if you want to take. I have zero complaints about the employees, they were very professional and friendly. The first day we were even given a tray with fresh fruit in our room. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The location is also really good. The internet connection was great. One of the days my husband had to connect to work from his laptop and didn’t face any problem. My only possible complaint would be that the shower itself was not what I would consider a 4-star-hotel shower but was good enough. The breakfast could also be improved. There was not a lot of variety especially of sweet options.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times over the last 2 years. Total of about 9 nights over the three trips. We travel frequently and this is one of our favorite hotels. Staff is consistently GREAT. Property is beautiful. As a previous guest I appreciate that I have been well treated on each visit. We typically take advantage of the breakfast and it is consistently good. I would highly recommend this hotel if your in Amman. We love the location, the service and the rooms. We had a beautiful duplex and loved the dessert during our stay. In conclusion we highly appreciate the GM manager (Mrs. Rana) who always hosted us and gave the best impression for our stay.

Seas hotel has top notch facilities and is very well kept. The lobby at the entrance speaks volumes about what's inside. Lobby has free hot tea and dates at all times. Nice soothing music playing. Staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. If you want to exchange USD to JOD, they have the best rate at 0.7! There are also security guys at the front and you have to flag them down for access to the parking garage in the basement. And once you are in the room, you see the facilities. Nice pressure on the shower and the hot water, etc. TV channels are mostly Arabic and so as a foreigner it wasn't very useful and nobody wants to watch CNN. The AC works well once it gets going, so no complaints there with temperature controls. On the improvement front: the room advertises robes and we never got robes by default. I had to ask for them. It would be nice if they were just there. Towels were also really low in number considering it's a hotel. We are used to lots of towels. We had two large ones and one hand towel. Maybe it's a Jordan thing. Parking is also limited and fills up quickly on the weekend, hence requiring some creative parking solutions.
