From the moment we arrived, Danielle welcomed us with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Despite a mix-up with our reservation, she handled the situation with utmost professionalism and efficiency. She not only resolved the issue promptly but also ensured that we were upgraded to a better room. Throughout our stay, Danielle and her staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A great hotel especially if you are here to see a game or taking the Amtrak train. Clean and very comfortable but has the potential to be noisy during a game. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again next time through.

Male manager at the front desk dropped the ball on a minor booking issue, handling it without empathy or grace. Which ruined a birthday trip. There are much better hotels to waste $300 a night on. We went elsewhere.

Excellent service! We accidentally booked the wrong hotel and the front desk lady was super accommodating in having a smooth transition over to this location. She got us the best rate for the weekend and made a nightmare trip into a great stay! Loved the rooftop pool and hot tub, only problem was the hot tub was not clean the second day, it was unusable. Unfortunately some parents let their kids do whatever they wanted in the pool, they were splashing everywhere to the point they were splashing people in the chairs. Also one kid almost drowned from all the rough play in the pool. There should be more supervision up there, since parents clearly didn’t care to correct their own children. However, it was pretty cool to see the big screen from the stadium to watch game highlights from the rooftop. Great feature of the hotel. Front desk staff were amazing, housekeeping were super clean, the rooms, bathroom, and bed were perfect. So happy we stayed here!
