Very cute small rooms that have jet tubs. Some rooms have mirrors , fireplaces or sexy showers as well. Not too expensive and a fun getaway. The signs shown were a little off-putting, expectations was scared to get a charge for any makeup on a pillow....when inquiring they explained alot of people ruin their rooms during ski season,or by breaking rules, such as the no smoking. I did use the for "makeup" only towel which was quite rough and hurt my eye area. (May I suggest having an actual makeup removal towel provided that would work better & much softer.) The water came out super hot quickly, and Jets worked great. Clean room & decent prices. Close to many restaurants and things to do..

Big, nice showers as well as beds, but for the winter time the entrence door as well as the windows could close much better. Be aware that there is a 50$ deposit. Overall a nice and pleasent stay, we even saw a huge black bear in front of our window looking for food in the garbage:)

The rooms are just okay. My review is in regard to the staff and poor service my husband and I received. Upon check in - the female employee working was rude and dismissive. She made a point to make a statement as to allude that we would cause damage to the room. Upon check out, there was a maid in our room who thoroughly inspected it and stated it looked fine. We were told our 150 deposit would be returned to our credit card within three to five business days. My husband called back multiple times and he was told that the deposit had been returned and if it was not there by the sixth business day to contact our financial institution. I contacted the hotel on the 6th business day and was told that they feel that there was smoking in the room so they kept the deposit. My husband is on oxygen and I clearly do not smoke so this is false. I have filed a complaint with the better Business bureau in regard to this situation. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and I am so disappointed in the service that I have received this time. When I tried to get more information or ask to speak with someone of higher authority regarding this the young man who answered the phone hung up in my face. He claimed his name was Mitch and that he did not have a last name. I am so disgusted with the service we have received as I stayed there for a birthday celebration for only 1 night. I do not recommend if you are not of Caucasian descent.

Someone came in our room at 11:30pm. Management laughed at us and told us to check out. We were told it was a misunderstanding, did he steal anything? We were naked in bed, it’s our anniversary. A voice in the background over the phone said nothing would be done for us. She asked if he stole anything. The phone in the room didn’t work, we tried to call for help. We left to go to the front desk for help and our key was reprogrammed and we couldn’t get in. It’s snowing and we couldn’t get in our room we already paid for.
