I would say it’s the best hotel I’ve ever been. Especially if you love horses, you must visit it. Friendly staff, full attention to every guest and feeling like you are the only guest in the hotel while it’s fully-booked. Nice territory and amazing signature experiences. Signature breakfast worth its money, it was amazing

A hidden oasis near the ochre city. Fabulous gardens, stunning 80m pool, antique interior furniture in a traditional style, and… Arabian thoroughbreds are here to impress you. The service is top notch, showing just right level of attention and respecting your privacy. Just what you need to escape from the busy hot streets of Moroccan medina. Only if the rooms were a bit more spacious…

We came for brunch and absolutely loved it. What I really found odd was that the mango and pineapple juices we ordered were not natural but store bought juices. It’s surprising for such a hotel and such a nice brunch to not serve natural juice given the price.(150€ per person).

We stayed at the Selman in June of 2023 and from the onset it was clear the hotel did not match the service. Service was terribly slow, the staff consistently made errors and when it came time to check out, we had dozens of fall charges on our card. Of course, no bill or back up was provided and almost all guests dealt with the same issue. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel as they have phantom ways of making up charges.

Amazing!! Truly. The property is absolutely stunning. There are stables where you can visit and meet the horses. We were there on a day there was no horse show but someone else hired a private show which we could see outside out villa. We were told not to watch...because it was a private show which seemed kind of ridiculous because the show was right behind our villa. We shared the 2 bedroom Villa and it was huge with a private pool which was nice because it was 107° when we were there. It's a quiet place. The spa was wonderful and we all had amazing spa experience. Tea service with traditional moroccan tea would have been nice. There was fresh fruit, nut assortment, dates bottled water each day. You feel like your sleeping in a luxurious tent! It was glorious minus the horse show part. But that was clearly the ego of the people that ordered the show and dinner. You're in a resort. It's not going to be exclusively private. Ijs.
