Location: Located on a tranquil street, Sen Boutique offers convenient access to everything you need within walking distance. The quiet surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere. Management: The management team was incredibly accommodating during my stay. They were more than willing to extend my reservation as needed. Rooms: The rooms at Sen Boutique are spacious and well-maintained with a private balcony. They are cleaned thoroughly every day, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience. Upstairs area: One of the highlights of this boutique hotel is the beautiful upstairs area. It provides an ideal space for work or leisure, whether it's catching up on emails or getting lost in a good book. Host and Staff: The host and the security and cleaning manager deserve special recognition for their warm and helpful attitude. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay and were always ready to assist. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Sen Boutique. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay in the area. 👌

Very cosy and clean little hotel situated just a 5/10 minute walk to the lovely shops in Thao Dien. The hotel is tucked away in a lovely narrow tree lined street near the river. It's a very quiet location with no building or street noise. These photographs were taken from my little balcony. I would definitely come back again. Hotel staff are super efficient and friendly.

Great little hotel with the most lovely staff! Hotel and room was clean and had everything you need. Nice rooftop terrace for a late afternoon drink or Sunday breakfast. Even water, tea and coffee included!

I didn't exactly stay here because I changed hotels. The pictures are rather inaccurate, they must have been taken years ago when they just opened. The place isn't well kept and they hung the bedsheets to dry on the rails in full view. The place seems rather damp and musky. The location is really inconvenient, along a tiny tiny road. The toilet bowl is within the shower area which put me off. There are also tons of mosquitoes. Service is the bare minimum. The price is good, so you get what you pay for really. I'd recommend this to budget travellers. Edit I told the manager originally that it was a change of plans on my part because there was no point in me being direct about problems of the hotel that they could not solve. I was OK in paying the one night cancellation fee (despite not staying) but he initially had wanted to charge me a 10% of my total bill, of which he kindly retracted. But my reasons for cancelling and not going ahead with the stay here are listed above.
