Nice service and very good hotel. The staff working in reception were always helpful and ready to assist with anything even an espresso at 12:00 am ! Breakfast is good as well and I’m happy with my overall experience. Next time If I come to Tirana, I will book this hotel again.

We stayed at the hotel in a big company of 9 people. Our leader had ordered the rooms with separate beds. When we came, it appeared that we had only 1 or 2 rooms with separate beds. When we tried to figure out, they denied, said that it was a mistake in the system due to our fault. Also, they said there wasn't any space on their parking for our bus. They hadn't prepared it. It was a long and displeasing argument. Only the next day a friendly lady-administrator came on duty so we had a better experience with the staff.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were disappointed to find a dirty room, with a layer of dust on the surfaces and extremely dirty floors, making the room feel unclean. The state of the toilet was particularly concerning, clearly indicating that it had not been properly cleaned following the previous guest's stay. The room we were assigned was far from what we had expected in a 4-star hotel. We were surprised to find a lack of amenities, with the only exception being a basic all-in-one wash product. This experience did not align with the standards typically associated with a hotel of this star rating. In terms of the hotel's offerings, breakfast, while meeting Albanian standards, was unremarkable and poor. The breakfast experience left much to be desired, as the quality of the food fell short of our expectations. Additionally, we were disappointed to discover that if we desired a cappuccino, an extra charge was incurred, whereas only the basic filter coffee was provided free of charge. This limitation in beverage options was somewhat inconvenient and unexpected. Most of the staff provided adequate service, with the exception of one older gentleman who manned the night shift, and unfortunately, his behavior was notably impolite. On a more positive note, the hotel did offer dedicated parking facilities, which proved to be convenient for our stay.

This small hotel is near the city center (less than 10 minutes walk) but far enough from the crowds and the noise of the main square. There are supermarkets, farmacies, restaurants and cash exchanges nearby. The staff is very professional, polite and helpful. They did their best to accomodate our every request. Our room on the top floor was large and had a nice view of the mountains surrounding the city. We enjoyed the very large, clean bed. We also appreciated the clean, well laid-out bathroom. We had fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, from our room on the top floor to the breakfast area in the basement. The breakfast is basic but adequate and has a home-made feel. We liked the olives, the fried eggs, the omelette, the cakes, the jams, the cereal and the fresh fruit. We also enjoyed the coffee, which comes pre-made in a large jug. We were also satisfied with the price and we would certainly stay here again.

Great hotel. It is a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city. The location is great, with easy access to many of Tirana's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel staff are welcoming and helpful, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. The rooms are very clean, well-furnished, elegant and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities like air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, which is fast and reliable. The bathrooms are modern and clean, with good water pressure and hot water. Free parking is available. The breakfast buffet is also quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. The prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience.
