Location is the only thing, but I can feel every detail in the room that the owner did not want to pay money to let client feel more comfortable😂, everything is the cheapest, from mattress to towel...... ok, so you'd better think about it.

Excellent structure, well organised. Pleasant rooms, breakfast with wide availability of (packaged) food, welcoming and a stone's throw from Piazza Bologna, Tiburtina station (bus and metro). Typical restaurants nearby. Advised

PRO Exceptional location attached to metro B. Very clean. Independent access with the possibility of leaving luggage before check in and after check out. Spacious glance room, with small terrace and very spacious shower cubicle. AGAINST Breakfast included but self-service with packaged products of medium-low quality, there weren't even any biscuits, nothing gluten-free, encrusted kettle. Small bathroom with very little space around the toilet, no light in the mirror, no shelves either inside or outside the shower, half-broken hairdryer. Short beds, damaged headboard. Common area without working lights during the day, and with the cloudy sky you can't see much.
