This was an amazing place: I had a modern, clean, comfortable apartment with a great view of the lake. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major museums, the symphony, shops, restaurants. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend it!

Joshua and the entire team at Sentral were amazing! My family stayed here recently for my sister's graduation. Joshua and the entire team were very accommodating to me and my family. The hotel itself is beautiful and the views in the room are out of this world. I also thought the location was very convenient. Next time you are in Chicago give this place a try, you will not regret it.

i chose to stay at Sentral Michigan Ave while i was in chicago for 2 nights. my 1 bedroom apartment was very clean, and stocked with necessary items like dishes, laundry detergent, etc. there wasn’t much noise at all from surrounding neighbors. Joshua at the front desk was always helpful, especially when i decided to extend my stay. it is in a very convenient, central location.

I have a few comments about our stay here. When we got there, we immediately noticed it was not as clean as it could be. Within ten minutes of being there, I got out the broom and swept up a good pile of stuff. Even after sweeping, the floor just looked like it needed a good mop. There were also a ton of dings and nics on the white walls, which just made it look dirty. A little paint would go a long way. The shower door was broken and only opened into the shower, making it very awkward to get in and out. We stayed in a one bedroom, with a living room, kitchen, and office area. There was only one TV in the living room, which we ended up moving to the bedroom. Two tvs would’ve been great. We were staying here because I was having surgery. After surgery I would need to sleep propped up, so we asked the front desk for some extra pillows. In response, they said “we do not give out extra pillows. It just encourages guests to stay over, which we don’t allow.” Once I explained that I was having surgery and needed them for that, he replied “oh, okay. What is your room number? If I find some I’ll bring them up.” An hour later he brought up one pillow with no pillowcase on it. They also advertise free parking , but their lot was full, so we had to pay a couple hundred for parking in a garage. Aside from these few odd things, the hotel was great. The gym was awesome, room was huge, bathroom clean, everything updated, and PERFECT location.

I hate it when I go to a place like Sentral Michigan Avenue and my experience is one of the best I could have had, and then I have to tell everyone how great it was. I cannot believe I was lucky enough to find such a quality place, with the best staff out there. The employee's were all 5 Star and very cordial helping my wife and me whenever we asked, I was truly impressed that they all lived up to the prior reviews and exceeded my expectation's. The view from our room was spectacular, Lake Michigan sunrises are wonderful. The apartment was spacious, and had the right amount of extras. I hope to return and enjoy a longer stay in such a beautiful place. Thank you especially to all the wonderful staff!!!
