Amazing place , well connected with all modes of transport metro, bus and even the airport shuttle. You have to pay for toiletries. Early check in charged by the hour. Breakfast closes fast. Not a very large spred. The pool is on the terrace but is closed most of the time ( no water )

Please avoid this hotel at all cost. All room has central AC so you cannot control the room temperature. It is now 11/8 today at 9:50pm, and my room temperature is 28.5°C (81°F). I asked the front desk if they can help with this and they told to turn the fan on...but it doesn't help at all. The hotel is very old and everyrhing is outdated. The room is not cleaned well. I paid $220 per night and they don't even offer any extra water or toothpaste. If you want them, you should go to the first floor and buy them. The service doesn't feel like it is 4 star hotel, but more likely a motel or 2-3 star average... don't waste your time and money at here. The hotel room/furnitures are not maintained well and beds are not clean.

The room is clean, the receptionist is speaking english, the closet is already electric heater. The breakfast buffet is good, the lobby is nice. Airport bus stop is exactlt in front of the hotel.

Too hot at night! We asked the staff if the air-conditioning was broken but they said that it was centrally controlled. We had to sleep with the windows open and even then my partner had a hard time sleeping properly due to the heat. We stayed in a deluxe room but the furnishings were a little tired, in particular the upholstered chair and the lamps had moisture stains. The bed itself was very comfortable but disappointing to have these issues in an expensive hotel. The ac issue almost is false advertising. They should have a fan in the room!

Service: We didn’t feel welcomed when we checked in . The staff who helped us checked-in was wearing a mask but still you can tell he’s unhappy or annoyed about something. We were very cooperative and there was not any issue with us or our reservation, but he was very cold during the whole process. There’s another staff who was also there and helped us a little bit, was much better. Room: Rooms looks older than pictures. (Looks clean though) The vanity is outside of bathroom in the hallway? which is not very common. No socket near the beds which is inconvenient. Others are ok but I believe if you are paying the same amount you can totally find better place to stay. I’m not saying it’s a disaster. I have stayed multiple 4 stars hotels in Korea but this one is the worst among them.
