On the plus side - location, internet (normal, I don’t know why they criticize it), contact via WhatsApp, pleasant lighting, two air conditioners that work perfectly for sudden heating in winter, you can pay by card. The area is full of fish restaurants, there is a 24/7 store nearby, although we indulged in pickled vegetables and cheese there. Very photogenic interior, at first glance - a gift for such a price (750 lire per night) But comfort is lost in the little things - holes in the doors, when it rains the whole staircase is like an ocean, there is nowhere to put bottles in the bathroom, and due to the lack of an inclination for the drain, you stand in dirty water, the kettle is dirty, there are no slippers. Aaaand a question that never gave me peace - why is there a TV if it doesn’t work?😅

Super vacation, super apartments! Good location. The sea is nearby. Quiet place. But the center is nearby! All liked it! I recommend!

Pros: Close to the sea, there is a 24/7 store, good mattress (in room 1) Of the minuses: The intersection of two roads, virtually any window faces the road - the roar of engines 22 hours a day, subsides for a couple of hours at four in the morning. The 24/7 store is also a minus - the bedroom windows are exactly above it, people talk there all night, and unload goods in the morning. All 10 days that we spent there, dogs barked under the bedroom windows (where the store is) all night until the morning 😁 Cars and dogs will drive you crazy in this house. There is also a problem with the sewage system in apartment #1 - it is made without a water seal and the toilet/shower fills with a fetid odor, and if you keep the door open, the whole apartment does. Life hack: remove the drain grate and cover it with a bag, remove the bag before using the shower. The Internet is extremely bad, constant lags of up to 0.5 Mbit/s, several times it turned off completely for 5-10 minutes (the network was working, but the Internet was not). Another disadvantage is the price, which in no way correlates with the characteristics described above. In general, the apartments are shabby, they clearly haven’t invested much into them and are used for wear and tear. Therefore, the overall rating is three based on a combination of factors.

The apartment was not cleaned upon entry. Wifi is shared between 3 rooms, so the quality is extremely low. The plumbing was loose, I had to tighten the nuts myself. There are ants in the house - the owners promised to call the service “tomorrow”. And so on for 4 days. They arrived only when we were already getting into a taxi and leaving. When using hot water, the plugs constantly pop out.

As far as I understand, there are three apartments. We lived in what was bigger. Very cozy apartment! Everything you need is there. Suitable for families and groups of 4-6 people. There are sleeping places. The house has a gym, a restaurant and a very small store. It’s a pity that the apartment was not booked for the entire holiday, now it is occupied and we need to leave.
