Very, very good. For a service station motel, it is to a very high standard. Rooms are basic, nicely decorated, and very quiet, with no sound of traffic. No in-room appliances unfortunately, like kettle, iron, or telephone. There is a smart TV with German channels only, but you can cast your mobile to the TV if you want to watch Netflix for example. The bathroom is relatively spacious with a good shower. Beds are firm but comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent 👌 (purchased on check-in) follow the (frustuck) signs from reception upstairs , along the corridor, and down another set of stairs. The only thing we found odd was arriving at the hotel and finding it locked and having to return to the Service station to check-in. Service station also serves hot food and other items. A great rest stop for the night and well recommended.

Ideal for an efficient night while on the road. Clean and no noise from the highway. Key and food available at the (bit scruffy) gasstation. Siegburg itself is a nice walk but nothing special.

The hotel is great but the check in arrangements are difficult. You have to go to the service station to get the key and you feel like a bit of an inconvenience. There is a note on the door telling you this but as the door was open I didn't see it and spent 10 minutes trying to phone them and not getting an answer. They could tell you the arrangements by email so you know what to expect.

When I arrived the hotel was closed !! They don’t have 24h check in, So I had to stay out in the rain. In the morning, they said that there is no reservation in my name even though I made the reservation 15 hours before arrival. I couldn't get my money back or even get a room. They are scammers. Most importantly, they do not speak English. Don't be fooled they are scammers.
