The room was spacious. We had everything we needed. It seemed very clean at first. Until we discovered 4 coakroaches in my personal bag and a few others running around. The owner of the hotel was very friendly though, and very responsive. He claimed cleaning and sanitizing the whole room after he took out the furniture. But the day after there was still coakroaches running around and we found dust behind the desk and next to the closet. This insert incursion really affected our stay even though the host did his best to help.

It was quite nice to my surprise, those chocolates on bed after every housekeeping service, the snacks, coffee and tea options in the kitchen was pretty nice. They also had many brochures, including city maps, city sightseeing, and also a brochure concert close by which one can attend. It was a cosy and comfy stay.

Located in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of shops across the street. The bed is really comfortable and the rooms look very nice on first glance. But the rooms are very small and the bathroomdoor deliveres no privacy at all. The WiFi is unreliable and if working very slow. The outside area or 'balcony' is shared by multiple rooms. The worst thing is that the do not disturb information on the door was ignored twice and the room was still entered.

Great location and well equipped shared kitchen. Rooms are in basement floor without windows and it felt so closed. The shower in our room was impossible to adust the temperature. It got suddenly so hot and we both almost got burned. Walls are extremely thin and could hear the shower from other rooms. PS. the city tax is not included in the rate and needs to be paid in cash upon departure to the owner.

Clean well presented self catering accommodation. Good location and has easy access to the metro. The huge department store opposite has you covered for all your shopping needs and are cheaper than the high street shops. Lots of food choices in the basement area too. The only negative to the accommodation is the walls are thin and you can easily listen in on phone conversations
