Seven Seas Residence is an excellent hotel, conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and close to all amenities. The service here is outstanding – from the moment you step in, the receptionist offers water or juice, setting the tone for fantastic hospitality. They provide a city map and recommend great nearby restaurants, a thoughtful touch! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly. However, if you book the sky deck, be aware that the jacuzzi might not warm properly during high winds, as there isn't any cover. Despite this, it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in, with no complaints thanks to the exceptional service and overall experience.

Very nice Bed & Breakfast. Nicely centrally located from the center of Split and everything is well within walking distance. Very nice rooms and bathroom. Very clean and breakfast is varied, neat and everything is provided. Really recommended. Very nice and clean environment. Highly recommended if you are going to visit Split. We look back on a beautiful accommodation

Super clean, friendly reception, good communication, nice room and bathroom! Breakfast is basic but very good and all you need. Not too far a walk of £3 cab ride to the old city, if walking to town bear in mind it's downhill on the way there and therefore uphill on way back. Parking available upon request which is handy given how narrow the streets are. Great stay overall.

The rooms are big and very clean, although the walls are a bit thin so you can hear a bit of noice. Bŕeakfast is alright. Location is great. 10 Minutes from the historical center.
