. I recently stayed at the Seven Zea Chic Hotel and unfortunately, I did not have the best experience. Something in the bed was biting me, and I ended up with several bites all over my body. This made for a very uncomfortable stay and I was quite disappointed. Additionally, I paid extra for a sea view room, only to find that the view was obscured by other buildings. This was very misleading and not what I expected. I hope that the hotel can address these issues for future guests, as it greatly affected my overall satisfaction with the stay.

horrible services, apparently they "dont have" any extra blanket, floormats, or an extra bed. pillows n bed are NOT comfortble. also, horrible attitude. they only gave u 1 key to the room. humid lobby. the cup and spoons are not sanitized well. and they can't even make the room properly. theres always still sands all over the floor.

Everywhere cockroaches, not this small, 4 cm big one. I found 3 in my room in second day, glases are dirty, floor is destroyed, after one night in bed i have some kind allergy or something, pool need repair, employe dont understand nothing. I escape from there before end of my renting time.

We have stayed there in the sea view room. The view of the room was fantastic. We had this beach view from the room so we sit back relaxed and enjoyed our stay. The room service was good. The only thing they didn't have the tooth brush and the pair of sleepers. The swimming pool was fantastic by the way. The view was amazing as well. They will keep the swimming pool open from 7 AM to 7 PM.
