Rooms and bathrooms are big and probably renovated in the last couple of years, however, in front of hotel is a big playground for little kids and it's very used from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. plus it's very lively all around, and there is almost no sound insulation at all.. windows are not very well done so you get no peace and quiet if you need that. If that's not a concern for you, you will be very satisfied since the guys who work there are friendly and usually ready to help, location is perfect with a lot of restaurants and bars all around and sea is right there, I really loved that. Breakfast is rather simple but sufficient. If you like cats, you will be delighted with the whole neighborhood.

Had a pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful especially Ufuk and Emircan. The room was clean and had a very nice view of the park nearby. Best experience for the price. I definetely recommend it.

The location was excellent, the bed super comfortable, great water pressure and perpetual hot water. That's all I need and I would give them five stars just for that. Some might give them fewer stars because of some chips in the furniture or a bed lamp that didn't work. But that kind of thing is completely irrelevant to me. I love the neighborhood, super walkable, lovely people, it was great.

A very basic hotel with a good price at a very vivid location. Don't expect too much from this hotel, but the reception staff is able to comunicate in english, the simple breakfast is served between 09:00 and 10:30 and the rooms are reasonably clean. If you need a place to crash, because you are on a short visit or budget business trip, for sure this place can be recomanded.
