Went to Sheraton Grand with my family last week of December 2023 and everything was wonderful. We booked the Side by Side Program and it was a worthy package. We enjoyed ourselves very much despite the chilly and rainy weather. All staff at the resort were kind and friendly and we felt like home. Our room assigned was 1616 and it was perfect and clean, and of course overlooking the beautiful pool and sea view. Throughout our stay, we were able to try all restaurants in the resort and food were delicious especially the spring rolls and pho at Table 88! Do not miss dining at The Grill too! Highly recommended as service is just impeccable! As for Kids Club, there were numerous activities and my 7 year old daughter enjoyed herself very much. Thank you so much Sheraton Grand for your kind hospitality and giving us an opportunity to make beautiful memories. If we could stay longer, we would!

Wonderful hotel, the breakfast was great and I loved the nice view of the beach. I was there for a wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. I finally got to swim the whole infinity pool. My first time staying in Sheraton and I loved it and I would definitely come back.

We visit Marriott chain hotels a fair bit but this one was especially amazing due to the customer service. Check-in and assistance to the room was fantastic. In fact, everyone was so kind and made the experience that much better. Rooms are big and spacious, and rides to the city are easy (no traffic, smooth drive). Will revisit next time.

We love this hotel so much that we keep coming back! The rooms are spacious and the views are spectacular! There are many fabulous restaurants to enjoy as they offer many different types of food . Everything is so delicious! We absolutely love the pool and the gym for great workouts. Most of all, the entire staff is exceptional! We appreciate everything they do for us every day. Highly recommend this gem for a peaceful place to relax and rejuvenate.
