Stayed for 6 nights in a club room.The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with views of the city. The club lounge was great offering free drinks and food throughout the day ( need to book a club room for access). The breakfast buffet was amazing and had too many choices to menu. Very close to mono rail and transport links. Loved staying there

We had a great stay here. The room was large and comfortable. The pool area is really nice and feels secluded in the city. The club lounge is very generous with food and drinks on offer, however, there needs to be some sort of waiting/queuing system, as more guests are allowed into the club lounge than there are seats to accommodate them. Check in needs to be improved, as there are not enough staff members.

Spacious hotel and generally adequate facilities but it's aging and in need of renovation. Check-in process (in the lounge particularly) was so slow about 20 mins. Staff wasn't properly trained, gotta call her manager how to deposit charge the credit card! Room has some musty smell. Bed and pillows were fine though. Price was considered reasonable.

The building is very poorly maintained. Mold everywhere in the bathroom, also the bedroom had mold on the ceiling, and even in the refrigerator! The air conditioning/ventilation was completely clogged with dirt and dust, it seemed like this has not been cleaned in a long time, the plumes are blown out when the ventilation is on. The TV did not work during the entire stay, only on the last night someone came to “fix it” at 7PM (after this only 20% of the channels was working). The pool was not cleaned either and completely neglected and green. Overall a very disappointing stay, only breakfast was good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day stay at the Sheraton Imperial. It is in a great spot with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping close by. The breakfast was a spread fit for a king. The staff was great too. Our housekeeper Norzamzalima was so attentive and flexible with times to clean our room. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit. The pool area is so pretty and relaxing.
