Love this Hotel. Quaint, location is superb. Visited with my cousin and stayed overnight on Friday 12 January so we could attend Moulin Rouge. Special ‘shout out’ and ‘thank you’ to Nanny from Guest Services for making our stay special. Vanessa & Michelle 🌸🌸

Poor service. Ordered room service and the lady confirmed the order as well. We ring 40 minutes later to find out that the order did not go through… We had to wait another 30 minutes. We also had late checkout of 2pm but one of them came into our room at 11am whilst I was still in bed. That is very rude and an invasion of privacy. The hotel itself is clean but the service is horrible. It is very disorganised. I would not recommend.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable; however, our view from the window was the ugly wall of another building at a close proximity. The TV wasn't working, the toilet flush was broken/kept getting stuck and there weren't enough toiletries and robes for the number of people that stayed in the room. We asked for a room change but were told that the hotel was full. Staff were friendly. Checking in and out was done with ease. The maintenance technician was helpful and sorted out the issue with the flush and heating. Great location. The hotel is close to Parliament station, and an easy walk to many cafes, bars and restaurants.

Stayed for 2 nights for my wife's birthday. The service was incredible, better than we have seen in a long time. When they found out it was my wife's birthday they then went over and beyond. The rooms were really clean and tidy and the hotel was very luxurious. Big shout out to Shilpa in Little Collins Kitchen, unbelievable customer service with a smile and actually cares, thank you for your kindness and nice gestures.

Attended a conference here for a couple of days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was especially good for this type of event. Great location and good sound and sound-proofing in the rooms. Nice, clean areas outside function rooms, including bathrooms. (Have been to others where outside noise is distracting). Also, despite there not being any natural light, it didn't feel oppressive. Recommend for smaller (less than 200 people) conferences.
