Staff were blunt! For the price paid, I would expect top notch service. Staff were a bit underwhelming. Did not accommodate my room request (or even tried to), that's after paying 270 EUR for about 12 hours stay. They were more interested in selling breakfast and asking when I would check out! My hotel stay per night for this year is now probably into 3 figure this year, and I this was definitely one of the highly paid underwhelming experience. Room was dated but spacious. Bed was comfortable. No minibar, but staff were quick to take extra deposit. Strange for the brand name they represent. Some restaurant/bar staff did provide a good service.

Let's start with the ugly shall we, the water temperature fluctuating dramatically during a shower from ice ice baby to scald you nuts off which, was not amusing...on the lighter side, service was satisfactory minus a few instances when the concierge lady was on the phone for 45m and no one else to help us with storing our bags before check in. Besides that service was great. Food is a bit pricey, but to be expected since you are in a hotel inside an airport. Location is super convenient. I arrived terminal 1 and walked the terminal all the way to terminal 2 was about 20 minutes. Good view of the airfield on my room, good selection of beverages in room. Great room service (still high priced). Clean rooms they have wash cloths which may not seem like a big deal but I've stayed at 3 different hotels other than this one and no wash cloths to be found. Guess it's an American thing... Did like that the rooms had a tub, albeit the 1st stay the tub was clean I just re sanitized it for my own reasons the 2nd stay, the tub was filthy with hair both short and long and had a dirty look to it as well. Was not using that one that stay. Outlets in room were not quite enough so bring a splitter or power strip. Especially if you are traveling with more than 3 electronics that may need to be charged or plugged in to work. Over all for what I payed for the stay per a night was more expensive than it should be.

The shower couldn’t decide if it was as hot as an iron or as cold as snow. And it changed without warning and getting dangerously close to burning my face with what felt like freshly boiled water. Otherwise the hotel is very quiet and the room I had, had great sound proofing. I won’t be staying here again.
