Had a great stay at Sheraton Petaling Jaya over the weekend! Everyone was really welcoming and despite my many requests, they were all accommodated my the staff. The rooms are clean and with sufficient amenities. The view is great! And the swimming pool had a nice view too! (Think - infinity pool) Breakfast had a great variety of food, and the lounge was one of the best lounges I've been to. It was quiet and great for working. During dinner, the selection of food was great and the food was delicious 😋 Will definitely come back with my family!

I won't recommend for below reasons. 1. I booked room for city view . End up got room blocked by another building 2. When check-in they said in room dining is 24hrs. When I call to order at 11pm, they said Kitchen is closed for pest control. 3. I been told the parking is RM5 for guests who staying and no proper instructions on how. So I validated the parking ticket at 3D floor n end up paying RM12 for parking. 4. Rooms are much more smaller for 5 star hotel. Those who need to stay around this area, just go for Pinnacle. More cheaper compare to Sheraton about 50% lesser, bigger room and of course nice city view.

Was here for training. Dedicated conference room was chic and well equipped though I did have trouble with the sound system that was too soft (staff immediately came to the rescue and managed to fix this glitch). Buffet lunch spread was below average, could have done much better. Breakfast spread was ok, nothing much to shout about. Overall great experience!

Special thanks to Mr Andrew Teh (F&B Sales Manager) for his best service. From the meticulous planning to the attentive staff, every aspect of the evening was handled with professionalism and warmth. The menu selection and presentation were commendable, and our guests were highly impressed. Moreover, his personal involvement and commitment to meeting our specific requirements contributed significantly to the success of the event. It is evident that he and his team prioritize customer satisfaction. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our company dinner a memorable occasion

Overall dinner buffet management was extremely messy from the hotel team. No proper seat was provided & hotel divided our team of 6 into 2 small coffee tables which also far away from the original restaurant due to OVERBOOKING. The restaurant was overcrowded like a wet market. Many customers were facing same issue of not having a proper location to enjoy their dinner. There are many angry customers were not able get their seat allocation on time upon arrival with clueless hotel crews. The dishes are common & taste is just normal which really not worth it if combined with such messy hotel crew & management.
