Wonderful place to stay, nice rooms and excellent ambience. Most things are great in this hotel. Staff is very good. If some area to improve may be considering international visitor some more English speaking persons added could be a good idea. They have already some.

Very nice hotel, everything was a expected, great room, friendly service. I recommend it. There is a shopping mall close by South lots of restaurants, clothes and grocery store.

Stayed at the hotel for a business trip. Overall staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was well maintained and spacious. I have lounge access located at the top floor. The lounge has very good service, great good selection (breakfast, snacks, dinner) and great view of Jiading.

We were in Shanghai for a total of 2.5 weeks but checked in and out of Sheraton Jiading as we were travelling around to Suzhou and Hangzhou on mini trips but made Jiading our main hub. We made a reservation on Oct 25 for Oct 29-Oct 31 but when we were checking in on Oct 29, our reservation had disappeared miraculously. Luckily we were able to make a reservation on the spot and there were available rooms. I enjoyed the facilities at the Sheraton - I used the gym quite frequently. I did not know about the swim cap requirement prior to my arrival so I was denied access to the pool. The sauna and hot tub were not functional during our stay (from what I understood, this was a routine thing?) Other than the front desk, very few staff (restaurant staff included) spoke English, so that made things slightly more difficult but we managed pretty well overall. The concierge and front desk staff were great and super friendly. The food at the Yue restaurant was really good. We also had the lunch buffet at Feast once and that was alright, altho a bit pricey for what it is. The rooms were nice, big and comfortable - consistent with what we would expect from a Sheraton room. The location of the hotel is somewhat convenient, being a 1km walk from the terminus metro station of North Jiading. Getting into the heart of Shanghai via metro would take about an hour. Walking just over 1km in a different direction would be the cute area of Zhouqiao Old Street, full of shops and restaurants.

Quite well furnished rooms but: the least unreliable Wifi ever, breakfast buffet stretched along 50m (don't forget anything), boring dark-room like bar, very lasting check-out. Let customer wait instead open a further counter. Funny fact: mini bar is cheaper then bar. Update: deeper look show that cleaning is not as it should be on this level. Wall got visible sticky spots. Corners of toilet, shower and sink....let the images speak for them self. If you are larger than 1,80m mind your head if using the toilet. The massive metal knob of the door is very exposed. It really hurts....rates down to 2 🌟. Just overpriced.
