The location of this hotel is exceptional and parking was very easy close by for 25EUR for 24h. The room is very nice and boutique-y, the air conditioning was working great (which is not a given in Italy) and the bathroom was very nice and spacious, just the arrival was a little weird as it’s just a few rooms hidden in a big building with no real reception. Would stay again.

Its not safe to book here, they make a lot of reservations, but they dont have the room when you arrive. It’s also not a hotel, its miserable! Don’t recommend!

Don't espect other than a rooms in this hotel for me I see it as a motel, nothing other than rooms in this hotel, location is good near by Duomo restaurants near by but it's in the third floor on a shared building which very hard to know where is the hotel without instructions for first time you enter hotel, the rooms as you see in the photos it's good but small.

This is not a hotel, but a regular appartement divided into rooms. Very expensive for what it is (paid 358 euro per night). For that price they don’t even include a free water bottle in the room. The rooms are very basic. The door between the room and the bathroom is very thin: it basically feels as if you are showering in your bedroom - can hear everything! Receptionists don’t speak English and are rather rude (except for the lady on the last evening), the reception itself is only open limited hours. Checkout is very early.
