• All staffs were totally friendly and willing to assist no matter when I needed anything. My room had lots of space, nice two beds and great restroom with nice view. I can't complain! In terms of location, it is very close to both metro station and bus station. Breakfast with variety of food was just for $13-ish. Everything is perfect except fitness room. It would be much better if the fitness room is improved with more equipment, brand new treadmills and cleaning stuff which people can use to wipe out after workout.

I’m currently staying in this hotel and I’d advise you to book somewhere else. For a 4-star hotel chain that’s owned by a huge company - this hotel is definitely disappointing. This biggest issue this hotel has is their central AC system. Apparently- even if they have a thermostat on each room, that doesn’t matter. Their AC turns off and you’d find yourself sweating day and night. It’s currently Fall season and it’s cooler outside than inside your hotel. Yes you can crack your window open but it’s still hot and they can’t do anything about it. You’re only allowed an option and they’ll bring a fan inside. I’ve travelled a lot and this isn’t my first rodeo in Seoul but it is my first time experiencing this in a known hotel (definitely not cheap too). Basing off the comments here it’s been an ongoing issue for years and it hasn’t been fixed. The rooms need some TLC. Definitely book somewhere else. TO ADD: Billy from the front desk has been very helpful. He’s trying his best to help us with our issue but his hands are tied as this is more of an upper management decision. We’re being moved to another room hopefully it’s a little bit better (our room is at 27C and moving to a 24C room)

Took at least half an hour metro from the city center. Hotel itself is modern. Bed is huge and comfortable. No complaint at all about the hotel but the location. Think twice before making the reservation.

I had 3 nights in Shills hotel it was wonderful stay the room very nice and clean neat the bed and the pillows was so comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good there’s a lot of convenience stores and restaurants that are only 5-8 minutes walk but be aware the location isn’t near to the airport or the usual tourist attractions places it far away but very close to metro or bus station.

The staff thoughout the hotel is very friendly and supportive. In my case the staff at the desk where very supportive during my check-in and the entire stay (especially the trainee at the front desk!) The room is very clean and has more than everything you would need during a stay in Seoul! The Fitnesscenter in the 21st floor is impressive! You are able to do lots of different exercises in a small room while at the same time enjoying an impressive view over Seoul. One of my favorite hotel fitness centers I have ever attented. In summary, the hotel provided a high value during my stay and I would always come again.
