I have stayed here for 3 days. AC is not enough. Bed is very quality and standard. Drinking water is not provided. Cleaning our room is not enough. Avoiding this room is my absolute best bet for you

The woman staff is very rude attitude. She cannot control her bad expression. Actually, I would like to rate 1 but the another factors is quite good. The location is very nice and easy to go to train or metro station.

It’s a comfortable hotel for a short stay, although I thought the mattress I was on was a little too stiff for my liking. Nice lobby area, has that New York feel with an amazing chandelier. The bedrooms looked aged, but the bathroom was modern, rather odd they refurbished the bathroom and not the bedrooms in this hotel. The best bit is the breakfast on the 23rd floor. Amazing views across the city. Nothing of interest in the immediate area around the hotel, but you got the massive train station nearby with lots on and trains to take you about the place.

Excellent location, everything else is terrible. Worst Japan hotel in my 7 night trip. Booked a non-smoking room and apparently that's what I got but the ceiling and walls were yellowed from many years of smoking. The smell in the hallway and room was foul. Opening the window and stuffing a towel under the door made staying in the room possible, but the mattress and pillow were both too uncomfortable to sleep well on. I was hoping to get a good sleep before flying the next day but this didn't happen. Breakfast selection was very poor, not restocked. Returned to my room after breakfast and needed to take a work call - was planning on checking out after the call at 11:00, but this hotel has a 10:00 check-out time. Housekeeping and front desk insisted I leave the room at 10:05. My bad for not noticing the early check-out requirement but what the "cleaning" staff spend their time on is beyond me since the rooms are gross.
