Very hospitable. They provide night shirts and basic toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, etc, in each room. They were very gracious about our family of four storing our luggage after checkout and then individually retrieving items as each person departed for different flights.

Very close to Shinagawa station. It is up the hill to the hotel, so it was difficult to get there with 2 big suitcases in Summer. It is a decent hotel. The staff was very professional, very nice. I felt comfortable. There are all necessary things - 2x laundry machines, vending machine with drinks and food, coffee for free… The facility needs face-lift. The rooms are too small for my suitcases. The toilet is half working. The electric kettle took 10min to boil just a cup of water. The chair is so heavy to move in the small room. Breakfast does not have selection. The thing that bothered me the most is zero soundproof. There is at least 1cm gap at the bottom of each room door. I could hear everything through the door. This hotel is for business people traveling light, needs a place to sleep near Shinagawa.

Very, very nice room - 2 beds with space and just a short downhill walk to Shinagawa Station. Very good pricing compared to other surrounding hotels. Same room amenities, free wifi, kettle, large bathtub, lounge offering complimentary hot coffee and tea and complimentary breakfast can be available also. They have a post box right out front, money exchange machine in the lobby. Staff at breakfast and the lobby were very friendly and courteous. First time stay and would return.

The hotel staff and service was extraordinary. The receptionists were really nice and helpful, whenever you need something they are there to provide it for you (unfortunately I forgot to get their names but they were great). The housekeeping staff were also very good. One of them that was named Tanty could speak both English and Japanese fluently which was impressive and she was very nice and helpful as well.
