5 minute walk from the subway, 2 minute walk from the main Dotonbori area. Shops, cafes and restaurants all within a couple of minutes. Check-in is all automated, if you do everything prior to arrival it takes 2 minutes to sign in. The rooms are extremely clean and well fitted with a large common area of the first floor with a washing machine and kitchen. The pricing is extremely cheap considering everything you get (less than $25 PP/ night AUD) For anyone that doesn't like stairs - there is no lift.

+ clean + private small kitchen ( its enough for us to cook noodle. If you want to cook and need more kitchen utensil, you can cook in the share kitchen on the first floor) + near shinsaibashi station & shopping district (within walking distance. Its super important) + We book accomodation for 5 people. I like how they gave us room with 2 bedroom inside and 2 bathroom. (Its a plus since so far accomodation usually only give us 1 room with 1 bathroom) - share washroom : you need to take turn washing clothes. People may leave their clothes unattended. Meaning you may find clothes thats have been washed but have not been pickup inside the washing machine. - Theres no elevator: not really suitable if you have large luggage. lucky for us we got room on the 2nd floor.

Clean and tidy with 2 clothes washing machine and communal area. Room fridge and sink/microwave. Bathroom/shower are small. But there is another bathroom in the communal area. Overall 3.5 stars
