My stay at Siam Bayshore was incredibly disappointing, far below expectations set by online reviews. I am baffled by how it has received even a single star. Upon arrival, a horrendous sewage odor greeted me at check-in, owing to the hotel's proximity to a massive sewage line. The path from the lobby to the rooms crosses a bridge directly over this line. Dining at the hotel restaurant was another letdown. I ordered Indian cuisine and shockingly, within four minutes, was served leftovers that weren't even reheated. My complaints to the restaurant and hotel staff were met with an apology and a complimentary dinner offer from the assistant manager, which I declined due to my mistrust in the restaurant. Additionally, the hotel environment is marred by continuous loud bird noises and a significant mosquito presence, thriving in the hotel's poorly maintained waterways. The proximity to the walking street also meant enduring relentless loud music until the early hours each morning. I strongly advise potential guests to seek out authentic reviews and not to be misled as I was. The experience was thoroughly unpleasant, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is a sewer inside premise gives bad odour even balcony had sewer view. The ladies staffs were beautiful , young and friendly. Spa staffs are friendly too. Food is ok, location is right on walking street hence great. nice pool near beach

The rooms at this hotel have a serious design flaw. The balcony doors are not sealed so all the humidity from outside flows in making the rooms incredibly humid. I measured it at 87% humidity even with the AC on. There was condensation on the windows, mirrors, TV, and even the bed sheets felt wet. There's no cancellation so I ended up eating the $400 I spent booking. If humidity is not something you worry about then this is a beautiful hotel with great service. However the location is not great because the area is a ghost town until 6pm with no food options nearby.

A nice hotel with a main building with lobby( with beautiful orchids all over) and sea facing rooms, and then a walk over a bridge that passes over the city sewer canal to the other garden facing rooms. Due to this sewer canal the pool area and garden rooms had a continuous pervasive sewer smell. To avoid this bridge the hotel has a buggy service from the lobby to the garden rooms. The breakfast was nice with a large choice of continental, Indian and Thai breakfast, eggs to order, freshly cut fruit, breads, salads, pastries, sushi etc. the staff are friendly, courteous and eager to help. Beware some rooms described as garden facing actual have a balcony that ends in approx 14ft wall. They don’t have free ice and the quality of the free toiletries need improvement. The WiFi signal was poor and after many complaints they somehow improved it. The hotel is on a huge property facing the sea at the beginning of Walking Street. Lots of night clubs, restaurants, massage places right next door. Songthaews (tuktuks) easily available for just 10bahts a person. The property is nice with lots of trees. They also have a tennis court, pool and health club. The beach is within walking distance. The hotel is right next to the Bali Hi pier to take ferry to Coral Island. Good location but the sewer smell would not permit me to go back here…it was everywhere so couldn’t even sit in the garden or the balcony of my room.
