A Boutique B&B to be sure. Clean, modern, A/C, nice owners and staff. Superb location, next to the escalators. Good restaurant within 25 meters of the B&B. We are in our seventies, so the owners personally walked us to the entrance via WhatsApp video, allowing me to temporarily park in their private parking until we got settled. That much customer service was just super and much appreciated. When it rained they had umbrellas for us. No end to their hospitality. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff and very accommodating! We had a great view. The parking garage is nearby as is the escalator that takes you farther into the city. It was so nice having breakfast served in our room every morning. I would stay again!

The location could not be better... two minute walk to the escalators going up further into the historic center. Then you are five minutes from the Duomo and another five minutes to Piazza del Campo. Our room was clean and newly decorated. Think modern-crisp, not ancient Siena. We selected our breakfast the day before and it was served in our room at the time that we requested. We used their private parking lot which they guided us to with WhatsApp video - very ingenious use of technology to get us through a confusing entrance. Siena is a wonderful city and we will be staying here on our return trips.

We had a fantastic stay at Siena VIP B&B! The owner was wonderful. Plenty of room for 9 of us, and an awesome breakfast spread. If we come back to Siena, we would definitely stay here again. We were here in the off season, so I would recommend booking ahead. Extremely clean, plenty of supplies, great WiFi, close to downtown, parking down the street, sweet escalators to take you up into the town square. Really one of our more enjoyable stays in Italy.
