Great service, made our stay memorable. The Chef went above and beyond, he would personally visit our table at each meal. It was so lovely to see you. He did anything possible to make our girls happy. Thankyou :-) Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It would be nice to see hair conditioner in your rooms, it would make hair more manageable after a day in the pool. The pool is large and refreshing.

From the receptionists who greeted us warmly upon arrival to the attentive service throughout our stay, their hospitality was top-notch. The hotel's pool and spa facilities were equally impressive. The pool offered a refreshing escape, and the spa treatments were a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The professional therapists ensured a truly relaxing experience. What sets SigiriyaJungles Hotel apart is its serene and green environment. Nestled amidst lush greenery, it provides a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. But the management and overall maintenance were very poor. We had to wait more than an hour to get a room even after going there 30 minutes later than the told check-in time. Room service was not answering the calls. The buffet should have more varieties. Apart from the room which of course had no view definitely it’s not worth the price. And it looks nothing like the pictures given in websites.

During our stay at Sigiriya Jungles in August 2022, we had a mixed experience. The location and environment were lovely, providing a serene ambiance. The pool was decent, although it could use some improvements. When it came to meals, they were satisfactory, but there was room for enhancement. Unfortunately, during our stay, there seemed to be a lack of trained staff, which affected the overall service quality. I hope they have addressed this issue since then. While the rooms were acceptable, we encountered a problem with numerous frogs, leading us to change rooms. I understand the importance of preserving nature, but the hotel should find a strategic solution to prevent the frogs from entering guest rooms. Additionally, investing in more staff training could greatly improve the overall guest experience. I believe with some adjustments, Sigiriya Jungles could offer a more enjoyable and comfortable stay for their guests.
