You will be amazed at what has been built as a rock fortress. It is a quality blend with the nature and views that are great from any angle. Some are having yoga moments at the top.

Great place to visit and explore this historical site. Steps aren't as high/bad as they seem, but would still recommend not going during the heat of the day. The landscape and water systems around the rock are also stunning, and the museum is a beautiful building (but a bit run down) which shouldn't be skipped.

Current ticket price for foreigners is $36 (Jan. 2024). It is a bit high to see ruins. There are no elevator to get to the summit, you'll have to walk the stairs. Bring plenty of water, this is not walk in the park. Overall, if you like ruins and view from the top, this is place for you.

This place is one of the most breathtaking things I’ve ever seen in my life. This is insane from the minute you see it from the distance driving in and once you start walking up the stairs and reach the top it is well worth it. You get to see monkeys swinging around all over the rock and that’s pretty fun to see. The coolest part, though, is climbing the rock in seeing the breathtaking views from the top and seeing how he said he was built on top of this rock. I highly recommend one of the coolest thing I’ve ever done.
