My experience at Matrix Tower Building has been overwhelmingly disappointing, marked by an array of persisting issues that have significantly tarnished the quality of living in this establishment. The most pressing concern is the protracted downtime of both elevators, with one being out of service for over 1.5 years and the other for more than two months. Navigating the building has become an arduous task, affecting the daily lives of residents. The lack of urgency in addressing these elevator malfunctions reflects poorly on the building management's commitment to resident well-being. Beyond the elevator problems, essential amenities like the sauna, jacuzzi, and steaming room have also been non-operational for an unacceptable duration. The pool, in desperate need of maintenance, further adds to the list of disappointments. Attempts to seek assistance or clarification have been met with a disheartening lack of responsiveness from the management. Their indifferent attitude and failure to address these concerns reflect a disregard for the residents' comfort and safety. In summary, the Matrix Tower Building falls short in providing essential services and maintaining facilities. Prospective residents should be cautious, as the current state of affairs suggests a concerning lack of commitment to resident satisfaction and well-being.

I am staying in this building past 1.5years ! Building maintenance has drastically gone done like below 1. Service lift has not been working for past more than. 1 year 2. Passenger lift has also being under maintenance since last 1 month which has directly impacted the travel time of balance 3 lifts and delaying our movements 3. Shade structure kids pool has not been reinstated 4. Lot of insects coming from canal which is again unhygienic conditions in balconies, this need to be raised to DSC. Only Security is good Only they are increasing rents for nothing ! Please be very sure before paying such high rents

Before renting there make sure you're not paying more for the amenities as they're not working! I lived there for a year, building and security are good. However, for the whole year I got to use the Sauna twice and the Steam room 0 times. For sauna it works for a day and closed (for maintenance) for over a month!!! And the steam wasn't working at all the whole year!
