Awful experience from start to finish. Completely careless with furniture. One of the drivers in particular did not want to be there at all which he made it quite clear and everything was an issue. The driver kept handing items to my partner and telling him to put it in the van- which was not the service we paid for. When they were almost finished putting the items in the van he kept rushing us saying he 'needed to leave now as he had another 2 jobs to do'. When my daughters cot was put into the van by the driver he put it on the headboard and slid it across the van causing scuff marks to the cot. After the drivers left the first destination we were promised by AnyVan that we would have tracking on our drivers as the journey was approximatly 3 hours. The drivers were not to be seen for 2 hours and when the tracking was finally switched on they still had not left the area. When they arrived to the destination the driver explained to my partner that we had more bags that what we put on the inventory. When I went to ask how much it would be for the extra bags he asked his colleague 'how much should we charge them' and he was not going through the work app as it was 'too much hassle'- this was a clear attempt to get cash in hand, and I mentioned I would contact Andy who was helping with our move to resolve this. We paid for the service of dismantling and assembling a double bed. When we were at the first destination I gave the drivers a pot to put all of the screws in. When it was time for them to assemble I gave the gentleman the pot with the screws. He left piece of mental from underneath the bed hanging off and said ' I don't know what you did with the other screws so it will have to stay like that' to which I responded that all of the screws he had was in that pot. Wrote a complaint to the company which I still have not received a response for. Shocking service, would NOT recommend.

Highly recommended mover service. Easy to book and cost is acceptable. They were so punctual and done the work so quickly. Move the stuff with much care. House moving becomes easier with them. Thank you

I’d have given 0 stars if I could. Previous positive experiences with this company but a horrendous experience last month. One mirrored wardrobe was so badly smashed they couldn’t bring it in to the new property. Chunks missing out of my dressing table, and scuffs all over the sofa that they pushed across the floor. When I asked what happened the response of the driver was ‘don’t lecture me innit’. Items left behind at the previous property and the non-smashed wardrobes are so poorly reassembled they have since collapsed. It has been 4 weeks since my damage claim and no update from anyvan due to a ‘backlog of claims’.
