I had a very nice stay at Signiel and would recommend. Good: The rooms were very clean and well designed with amenities. Excellent view, as expected of the tallest building in South Korea. The service was professional and welcoming. I also dined at Bicena, one of their Michelin-guide restaurants, and it was a very satisfying meal. There is no restaurant discount for guests staying at the hotel, however, they made up for that by upgrading our window table to a private room. Improvement: The indoor pool was very small and fully occupied, so I did not end up using it. One minor mishap occurred when housekeeping (I assume) entered my room while I was in the bathroom. They had not knocked and the do not disturb status outside the door was switched on. Thankfully, they realized their mistake in the doorway before fully entering the room.

My family and I finally got a chance to take a vacation to Korea after 10 years and while typically we wouldn’t choose such a grand, luxurious hotel to stay at, we decided it could be worth since it had been years since we all came back. And it was completely worth it. The first thing we noticed was how nice the entrance was, the doorman greeted us with a smile and we found our way up to the lobby. The lobby was so beautiful and definitely made an impression with it’s high ceilings and plenty of seating in the waiting area. We got our keys and made our way to our rooms. I noticed that the elevators were pretty quick and the hallways smelled very fresh and nice. We stayed in one regular suites and the Korean Suite Room. Let me just say, my dad’s jaw dropped when we saw that Korean Suite. It was gorgeously decorated and had a nice hanoki bath in the bathroom (It was amazing!). The marble bathrooms were absolutely stunning and I just loved the multiple light settings that you could set the lights to. You also could not miss the breathtaking views of Seoul that you get in these rooms. The other suite room was also very nice and clean and we were very excited to spend the night here. We decided to check out the gym/pool and sauna next. There was a desk in the front with two attendants. My brothers are not the best at speaking Korean and so we were pleasantly surprised when one of them responded to us in fluent English. That was actually a very comforting experience as a Korean American, and I definitely applaud Signiel for hiring multilingual employees to assist guests. Another attendant was called to give us a little tour of the area, which made me think this place was very guarded and safe. The sauna was not too big but it was perfect for a short steam in the morning. As for service, room service and housekeeping was so fast and everyone we encountered was so friendly. Everything seemed clean and fresh and perfectly set up for us when we entered, and we all slept so well that night. It was an experience to remember and I truly hope we get a chance to come back.

Overall for a luxury hotel is OK. I stayed here only for 2 nights.. The housekeeping is very kind and strong old lady, i appreciate them for still hire old ladies to work 💪🏽 For the day i checked in, I should had a welcome drink on my room, but i didnt get any 🥲

Visited the hotel last Apr 2023 and it's a complete disappointment the moment you reached the check-in counter. There is practically no hospitality service: After asking your name, you are asked to seat on the sofa to wait and not knowing who will be attending to you. Then when it is your turn, the front check-in counter staff shouts across the room to ask the guests to come to the counter to check-in instead of inviting the guests to the counter. Worst, you cannot go to your room even if you have the room card until 1500h. Room wise, the bathroom space is more than half the entire room. Unless the room guest likes sleeping in the bathroom, there's absolutely no reason to book such hotel.

It is suppose to be the 7 stars hotel of Asia. The surprise started at the check in when they notified that we need to pay for the toothbrush and toothpaste to preserve the environment when the water provided are plastic bottles. Amazing view, depressing lounge club. Cool staff but very poor quality of food’s room service. Very far for the center of Seoul, quite in the middle of nowhere. I previously stayed at the Four Season Seoul and it’s hard to compete with them. Just very disappointed by the all Signel experience.
