Rooms are pretty old, especially the bathroom which is very old and looks dirty, the bath tub should be changed Breakfast is also pretty dissapointing, beside some hummus and pastry, the rest of products are of low quality The best thing about this hotel is the position, about 7 minute walk to entrance of Petra

One of the best hotels in town. So close to Petra entrance . Very humble and educated staff at all fronts. Rooms are large ,clean and very quiet. Very good breakfast. The Manager Riaz is very nice person, he offerd us cake and tea on 1st day too. Highly recommend if you want to visit Petra.

The hotel is in such a convenient location the Petra is no more than a 5 minute. Shops, restaurants and cafes are also with in walking distance. The room was great, the beds were extremely comfortable, clean and well maintained. The rooms were air conditioned and came with bathroom condiments. The service from all hotel staff was exceptional, all staff professional, friendly and knowledgeable. A special mention to Yaman for being extremely helpful and going above and beyond to make our experience as good as it could possible be. Food at the hotel (breakfast & dinner) was delicious. There was a variety of food some traditional dishes as well as mainstream dishes.

The plus - location is a stones throw from Petra Visitor center..rooms are adequate but not great. After a tiring day at Petra you can rest. Check-in and check out was fast. The not so - The bathrooms need maintenance and upgrades badly. The breakfast and dinner buffet are minimal so do not expect the usual hotel breakfast buffet. I tried the Turkish bath at the hotel and that felt really good after a long tiring day of walking at Petra.

The hotel’s service is outstanding, everyone is lovely and very helpful. The rooms are clean and they provide you with all of the essentials that you need. Highly recommend this hotel it’s only 5mins walk from Petra and the view from the rooms is beautiful. The food & drinks are so good and they have so many options. Will definitely be booking at this hotel again when I come to Petra again.
