this is the best place to stay in hong kong. the staff was very helpful even though I had a language barrier. The rooms are not too spacious but the equipment is quite complete. Please note that mineral water is not available for free and is only available on request. close to Yau Me Tei MTR station and bus stop and just a 15 minute walk to Jalan Mongkok which is full of shopping centers. When I return to Hong Kong I will stay here again

The hotel is located at a nice place, near Nathan Street an Temple Street. The staff is very friendly. The rooms however are very small and dated. Loose wallpaper, stained carpet etc. Still OK to stay.

Excellent location with smart and friendly staff. Room is small but acceptable. Hot water supply is stable. Great prices too. Recommended!

Pretty central location but everything else about this hotel is mediocre at best. Rooms are DISGUSTING. We first got a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke and was dirty. Requested for room change and got another dirty musky-smelling room (see pics). Hotel is in dire need of a revamp and deep clean. Stains on bed, walls and carpets, and a very dirty washroom. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Thank god we were only here for 1 night to catch a connecting flight because we barely slept and are now feeling itchy all over. While the hotel may seem like a deal from the price/location, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere unless your alternative is homelessness, and even then, I’d think twice.
