My family and I had a fantastic experience at Silver Lake Resort. I am a Capital Vacations owner and booked a 2 BR Villa that could sleep up the 8. We were very impressed with the accommodations. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The resort had activities throughout the day - we played bingo at the pool one day and had fun with that. Overall the pool area was beautiful. I didn’t get a chance to use the workout facility but poked my head in and seemed very nice inside. Super close to the Disney Parks as well. Animal Kingdom is literally right around the corner. I’d highly recommend booking here, especially the 2 bedroom condo. If my wife doesn’t have a complaint then you know everything was great! Thank you resort staff for making our stay enjoyable.

Good location, but room 80304G was dirty, the ice maker didn't work till day 3 (barely at that), the grout in bathroom shower was gross as well as moldy and tub jets didn't work. Since it was chilly outside and the facility hot tub was very small, I was hoping for the inside tub to work. The walls are paper thin. So when someone smoked out in their room, you can smell it in your room. And traffic noise and people talking outside can be heard well. When talking to the front desk the first day regarding the freezer ice maker, they said they would have someone fix it today and no one ever came. They also stated that they couldn't do anything about smoking even though we were in a smoke-free building. I also got several calls and messages from the facility regarding their sales. Even a call that said, "we forgot to give you your parking pass, please stop in to get one." This was on day 3 of our stay. Really? Then one that said we must have forgotten to offer you a free breakfast or lunch, and we can give you $150 or $200 card if you come. This was already offered when we picked up our parking pass. Overall, if in a proper operating room, I think it would be a nice place.

I traveled from Coral Springs, Fl to Silver Lake Resort via car. When I arrived, I was greeted by someone at the front desk with a pleasant smile on her face The Three-hour drive did a number on my back so I was so looking forward to laying down on a comfortable bed and that's exactly what I found once entering my 2-bedroom suite. The room was clean and well furnished with furniture and kitchen utensils. They had a washer and dryer in the unit as well. My balcony faced a wooded area and to my surprise, I spotted a Florida Panther lurking. The timeshare presentation was conducted in a friendly manner. Everyone I met had a contagious positive vibe that made me feel comfortable and as if I was home away from home. I surprised myself to learn how little I knew about timeshare. Something I will seriously consider rather than continue spending money and not have anything to show for it other than memories. Keep up the good work Capital Vacation. I appreciate your efforts. Room was dated, building was clean, service desk staff was rude. Waited over 3 hours when we requested additional towels. Bldg 1700, we had an H room. Main entry door with two individual room doors - definitely not any kind of sound proof. Could hear everything when guests came in and out. Free washer and dryer - definitely a great amenity. Main lobby had a little store, convenient for those items couldn’t travel with. Lots of maintenance staff on the grounds. Busy weekend in Orlando, over priced.
