We had a fantastic stay over 3 weeknights. The rooms are spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool, gym and complimentary afternoon tea with live musicians. The location is very convenient - we could access most tourist attractions and shopping areas just by walking. We had a very peaceful sleep despite a few bars being across the street. Thong the doorman was super sweet and always helpful. The person who checked us in at the concierge (possibly named Tracy) was also very kind and helpful. I would happily stay again in the future.

Great location, great facilities, great staff (super attentive, spoke very good English, offered early check in etc). The pool area deserves a special mention! Also the barman is super nice and makes wonderful cocktails! Breakfast and coffee are great, afternoon tea offers quite the selection of foods too. On the down side, the beds are double/queen (160cm) - we only booked 5 days in advance, so perhaps there is more selection if booking further in advance. The air conditioning also works a bit too well, and the unit is located right beside the bed. Over all, good value and would stay again.

Stayed at the Silverland May for 3 nights in October 2023 and had a great time! The rooms are spacious, clean, and stylish. The bathroom is as advertised, very clean, and had an electric toilet seat/bidet system. The gym has some treadmills, machines and free weights, and the open-air pool is beautiful with hammocks and deck chairs to lounge on. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the free afternoon tea service was wonderful! Would easily return and recommend to a friend.

The hotel was perfect, nice room, very good breakfast, tea time perfect. But I was so disappointed about the massage. It was the 5th one in Vietnam and that one was a bad experience. Our check out was already done, we went to the massage with our backpack, they didn't propose us to put them in the locker. I asked 2 times to cut the air-conditioning, she never did. I tried to clarify if she could speak English, her answer was yes. I was so happy before the massage and I came out frustrated. I was one hour in a cold wind. I never complain, but as I told at the lady on the reception of the massage, such a good hotel and such a bad service at the massage. Her answer was sorry with a big smile

Nice hotel close in district 1. Rooms well equiped. Bathroom is not great. I don’t have mobility issues, but if you do, the bath/shower combo is quite high to step into. The shower head was also very low in higher with average water pressure. Staff were very helpful. Pool is area is picturesque. Only downfall is all the people smoking around the pool constantly. Would be good if they restricted this to one area.
