Wonderful place to stay if you visit Ho Chi Minh City and close to a lot of shopping places including famous Vincom shopping centre. The front desk staff is excellent and very helpful. The restaurant food is very good and restaurant staff is also very helpful. Highly recommend Silverland SIL for your stay.

Highly recommend this hotel! It's well priced, great location and the most phenomenal part of my stay was the service. The staff at the buffet restaurant were very catering, kind, and very friendly. The front desk staff were also amazing! I would like to give much appreciation to Luis. My boyfriend got very drunk while in the room one night and I became scared. I went down to reception (crying) and they helped calm me down by giving me some tea and showing support. I had to go back to the room to grab my bags because I was no longer comfortable staying in the room with him, and the staff offered to accompany me to the room to ensure I was safe. Despite this horrible experience, the staff were very understanding and made sure to ensure my safety. Thank you so much Luis!!!

Although a nice hotel some work needs to be done in customer service. When a guest ask you for food do not answer book on GRAB. It is called going the extra mile and you can as well make money. To recommend is to sell one of the 12 pillars of hospitality. Rooms are ok and cleaned. Put some silicon between the bath tub and the wall. The hair dryer works 10 minutes and shut down for 20 before you can use it again. Your towels needs to be changed, the face towel as the size of an handkerchief. Small details makes the reputation. All the best.

Stayed 3 nights here. My room was 108, and this room was the worst room ever in 3 stars hotel. No window, actually there was a small window but it connects to a hall, and large noise of breakfast was coming from it every morning, it was SO SO SO IRRITATING. I asked to a clerk to change room 1st night and they said “next day we will check” but no contact after that. I am coming to the city sometimes but will never stay here. It’s so UNFAIR that I paid same price with other people, but the room was A BIG RUBBISH.
