There is only three tower. The apartment surrounded by river. You can jog near the river side like its name. I used to do so. It has a pool. They clean it quite often. I was live here on 2020, the road is not so good. And the parking area is quite mess. But i have a nice view in the afternoon. Golden hours is always nice from where i live.

Worst building management ever, they dont allow packages to be stored in security but doesnt provide enough temporary stores. Very not helpful to tenant where shippings are so common. The management are just lazy

I've been here quite a few times. An almost perfect spot for one to live if not for the messy parking spot. The accessibility of the place makes this a sweet spot to go around the hot spots of Jakarta. The base of the building also consist of a lot of convenience store and cafe to fulfill your craving; sweet or savory. They also had an expedition store for sending packages and the security is also great.
