Nothing like the pictures- don’t be fooled. Location was ok but place was not well lit at night, no signs to tell you were at the right place. All construction items all over the “courtyard”. My room was run down and not cared for- there was mold in the bathroom sink, broken glass window and lock from balcóny was broken. Door to my room was a push button knob lock and no dead bolt. Tried to take a shower before an important meeting but there was no hot water. Checked the water heater and it was broken and not connected. Needed to leave for work in morning and staff was no where to be found to deposit keys and I had to return between meetings - (there’s a 10,000 peso fine if you “lose” keys and they wanted me to drop at the unattended front desk). Lesson learned- won’t return.

This is a nasty hotel. Noises all night. They don't allow people to sleep. No air conditioner. Beds are dirty.

I ran away from this place because there are bed bugs in the room. They changed my to a different room, and there were bed buga too! I told the lady in charge that I wanted my money back and she charged me for the night.

This is not hotel . This is house and it’s like trash . So dirty no timing . Super noisy and last night I was there omg it’s like all night having s*x and sounds come just like they are having time in same room. Location is best they don’t know what the hell they doing . Worst place I ever sleep in my life. Never again. This place need to inspect by city (health department of Mexico) @Secretaría de Salud .
