My parents and me and my husband stayed there for the past 3nights, it was a very relaxing stay here. The resort is a very good place to escape from the chaos city and humid and hot weather, here’s so quiet and cool. The room is very spacious and staff very friendly. Mr New and several staffs offered us very responsive and professional services during the stay. The resort restaurant is also cheap and nice! We stay here had 3meals+4massages, only paid 340sgd extra. So worth the money! Thanks Sireeampan. Will recommend to others!

It’s a hidden gems. This place is a wow 🤩 They offer Thai authentic food. The atmosphere is very beautiful , peace and cozy. The restaurant located in the front part of the Thai building. The architecture are delicate and very well decorate. Definitely coming back again.

overall stay was ok but the cons were vanished by the outstanding service of the staff. facility bit old and not best maintained. room itself was well cleaned but cups and glasses from previous guests not cleaned at all. also got a massage in the resort which is quite overpriced for thailand. masseuses were not that professional and seems like they were called from outside, especially when it comes to undressing. rooms are not soundproofed at all. Chinese group were next to our room and could hear literally everything, including a two hours puking session in the middle of the night. also airport is quite close and a lot of noise (also during the night) is coming from airplanes. breakfast was ok, not the best though. the hotel restaurant is closed every Monday and therefore not possible to get any food unless you go out or order via grab. we brought some food and hotel staff was super nice and warmed it up for us as well as gave us cutlery etc. overall ok but just overpriced for the quality. Big thanks to Mr. New who made our stay really lovely. Without his hospitality i would have given one star.

From the moment we were picked up from the airport I knew we had picked a resort that was extra special. We were met at the arrivals gate with a beautiful bouquet of handmade flowers and whisked away in a luxury van to the resort. They transported us from the gate in an electric golf cart and even just the trip down the driveway was magical! The reception area is gorgeous and staff had a delicious butterfly pea juice and cold towel ready for us. When we arrived in our room, there was a drink and snack ready for us and a gorgeous honeymoon decoration on the bed. We felt like celebrities! The restaurant was lovely and staff very friendly and happy to meet your every need. The only negative was there was a large party of businessmen from China who booked the restaurant and karaoke room out completely on the 2nd night of our stay so we couldn't enjoy the restaurant or karaoke room. Hired dancers were using the Karaoke room as a dressing area and the whole party were quite loud and drunk. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Oh my gosh, the service. These people will do anything and everything to make sure you are comfortable and have an amazing stay. They accomodate you from the food to your comfort at every turn to the point where you literally feel like it's your second home. Also the setting. Tranquil, private, romantic. My wife and I had the experience of having our Honeymoon here and we had both kinds of experiences (empty and fully booked). I can say the only time we noticed the other people was when we wanted to schedule breakfast which wasn't really a big deal. That brings me to the food! More expensive than if you walked into Chiang Mai, but extremely difficult to pass up because it was so delicious. There was two times we had food there that wasn't A-Grade and that's only due to too much black pepper, but it was easily remedied and the staff took our feedback into consideration. The complementary breakfast was insanely delicious, well prepared, and an amazing start to our days. The tours and tour guides? Fantastic. We got to play with elephants, hike up an old monk trail, and hike through a village with a local guide... all for a very affordable price (insurance included). All-in-all, this is the best place I have ever stayed in my life and I already miss it.
