The rooms are very clean and hygienic and comfortable. The host Neslihan is very accommodating and helpful, she always answers to our demands happily. The location is perfect if you go up you can find the famous taksim square and istiklal street and if you go down you can find the Bagcilar tramvay (T1) that can take you to most of the famous tourist attractions. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice and comfortable stay!

We recently stayed at a hotel apartment in Istanbul, Turkey with a group of four, and our experience had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the apartment was pretty spacious, well-maintained, and had good access to public transport. The furniture was tasteful, and we appreciated the provision of some cutlery for cooking. Moreover, its location was quite convenient. However, we did encounter some negatives during our stay. The most significant issue was the noise, as the hotel apartment is situated in the city center. Unfortunately, there was no thermostat in the apartment, and it felt too warm at times. Additionally, cats freely roamed the communal area, leading to meowing during the night, which disturbed our sleep. Moreover, reaching the lively Taksim area required taking public transport, as the hotel was located further down. Although it was just a 10-15 minute walk from Taksim, it would have been more convenient if the hotel was closer to the bustling area. Overall, the hotel apartment offered a mixed experience. While it had its advantages, the noise, lack of thermostat, and distance from Taksim were some aspects that affected our stay.

The apartment is well organized, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of shops around the apartment, including a small supermarket right in front of it. The metro line is within 5 minute sof walking. The only real disadvantage is the noisy neighbourhood, even at night. There will be a lot of cars claxoning to each other, some impolite drivers having their car music at such high volume that the whole of Istanbul can hear them and even neighbours coming home late and deciding to put on music at pretty high volume. Right in front of the apartment there seems to be a childrens school, which also occasionally gives a lot of noice during the day (mainly from the teachers who are shouting in megaphones,). We counted on having some discomfort from the noice considering the location, so although unpleasant, it didn't ruin our staying experience. But if you are looking for a place with peace and calm at the night, then this apartment might not be the right location for you.

Lovely studio style apartment. The manager/owner has thought of everything you might need during your stay. There are stores 2 min away to get water and other essentials. We had a seamless stay. Neslihan was very responsive, patient and kind to help us over WhatsApp and communicated in English. The room is very clean, has modern furniture and everything in the bathroom is new and works well. The location could be a little tricky for the first few days. It’s at the bottom of a steep hill, upwards is taksim and downwards is the port, but this seems quite normal around Beyoglu. My only complaint was the lack of natural light in the room and it was smaller than in the picture but still perfect for 2 people and larger than most hotel rooms for the same price around Istanbul.
