This is a fabulous hotel with very warm and professional staff. The room was clean and well appointed, breakfast was delicious, my room was prepared at the last minute and quite late at night check-in. The customer care is just excellent and I was extremely well taken care of. The gym and other facilities are just excellent. This place is a hidden jewel and SHOULDN'T BE MISSED!!

We stayed here for a week We had a very pleasant stay The beach is nice and sandy. There are plenty of beds in different areas. The breakfast view is amazing and the food is great with a lot of variety of food. The service is fast and the spa is a must visit. Sauna, salt room, steam room and the indoor pool were great. They also have two outdoor pools. 🔴I must say that Mr. Berat from the reception was very friendly welcoming and helpful at all times. The best staff we encountered in the hotel. 🔴

one of the worst experience ever in my life... literally every thing was overrated. The hotel GM was very rude and not cooperative, his attitude and the way he speaks with guests was poor and lack of respect. The beach is far away from the rooms where you have to take a golf car. the beach is not clean and full of rocks. it is really risky to swim. One of my friends got injured because of this!!. I really was upset, the cost doesn't match the quality at all. I really don't recommend this option.

Like: We have been there in the off at the end September. Nice spacey a fruit basket as perk.Nice Spa with different Saunas and a salt room. Experience shower you can leave out ;) Great turkish breakfast, fresh pressed juice, go with cay over coffee ;) Staff is very friendly :) Dislike: Prices at the restaurants and bars for drinks are on scam level. 12€ for a Miller 0,33l bottle. Lahmacun 11€ which u get for 50Lira. Well its not just about the price even the value is not given. Burger for 18€ is ok I guess. Sum: at the end a good hotel, which you cannot compare to other five star hotels (like Mandarin or Kempinski, etc) but for a very valuable price. So I would like to recommend the place for people who have not the biggest budget, but like to experience a luxury hotel. PS. take a car rental to visit nearby places

Worst hotel i've stayed in. 3 July - 8 July 2023. Below are some not all of the incidents that bothered me greatly. I've booked a partial sea view room.. upon arrival i asked if they can offer us an upgrade to a sea view room they said we are fully booked. But suddenly they said if you want you need to pay for an upgrade. Unprofessional. They could have said this from the beginning. Staff lack professionalism. 99% of them dont speak english. First day we went to the beach and ordered some food with drinks. It took them more than an hour to bring the drinks and we had to follow up with them several times. Second day on the beach we went to the beds next to the bar in order to be better serviced. We stayed 20 minutes and no one came to us to take our order. The manager was setting there on his laptop uselessly. We decided to change our place and went closer to the beach and brought our drinks and snacks from our room. Suddenly, they came to us and they said you need to pay 30€ to bring drinks and snacks from ur room. They didn't clean the room well. During our whole stay they didnt change the cups and empty coffee/tea bags. On our third day on the beach one of their staff came to us and asked us about our stay. We told her everything and asked her to tell the housekeepeing staff to bring us new cups to our room but unfortunately they didnt change anything. On our last day on the beach we asked for a buggy to take us to the lobby. A lady with a buggy came and took us then suddenly in the middle of our way another guy came with a buggy crossed us and she stopped and start talking with him in turkish and asked us to move to the other buggy. So unprofessional. Lets move to the spa, the displayed prices are very high and you can haggle your way to have half prices. If we wanted a taxi. We had to wait 20 minutes. And we couldn't order the taxi while we are in the room. We have to come to the lobby and wait for it. Not worth the money. Unprofessional staff. Terrible service. Bad food. Not luxury at all. Last but not least, stay away from this hotel.
