We stayed here for the second time. Amazing, very helpful hosts (Aziz and his son), who both are very attentive and welcoming. The location is just perfect for exploring the city center. We decided that in our future trips to Istanbul, we will always stay in this hotel, and we highly recommend it to others.

Pictures are misleading, very small room with barely any space to move freely. No elevator, narrow and long stairs, was very hard to move the bags to the rooms. Weird smell emanates from the bathroom and suffocates you in that small room. The owner forced us to give him our room card whenever we left the hotel which was weird and exhausting to keep up with. He was a very weird and off putting fellow. Our checkout was at 10-11am and he wanted us out of the hotel by 8am. There’s a teenager working as staff there who was very snobby and unprofessional, very weird to see in a touristic hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, you can find other better hotels with the same price somewhere else. Save your money and the trouble. The only decent thing was the cleanliness, it was okay.

It is a wonderful hotel to stay in. The room was clean and of high standards. All the tourist places are nearby. For shopping also it was in an easily accessible place. The park in front of the hotel gives you fresh air whenever you like. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Our check in was at 2pm. But due to the flight schedule we came at 6 am. The room was arranged at that time and we could check in at that time. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Istanbul. We were highly satisfied. Thank you Sultans Hotel

This place is beyond wonderful. The location is fantastic with the surrounding restaurants all extremely friendly, affordable and varied. With iconic locations like the Grand Bazar and the famous Blue Mosque within a 15 minute walk away the Sultans Hotel shouldn't be looked over. The owner is polite, friendly and extremely welcoming making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond helping us arrange travel back to the airport on the last day hassle free without breaking the bank and offered us nothing but help and a huge welcoming smile every day of our stay. Of course the local wildlife is very friendly too with a great little pride of cats that love some extra attention to those willing to share some love.
