Baylis Park Hotel

My own first and last, experience at SK Baylis’ House Hotel Slough West. Near (Slough Trading Estate) was not as fair, I was harmed in my hearing for two nights. I booked two days. Saturday 26th August and Sunday 27th August. At my visit. As I very happy at first, because the location was great! And it’s parking was free. But as I went to give my booking information and details to them. In reception where you check in! I knew they wouldn’t pay attention or anything to me as much. As this was a bad experience. But we will not return back to this place. As this was Unprofessional management and staff, they didn’t even know what to do, as all they did was ask for unnecessary things. Because they were sitting on their lounge chairs on their phones. They thought I was faking something. By asking me for my other information like my driving licence. I was shocked. Once I showed my reference ID: I was been told to pay, when I payed on the website ‘Agoda’ earlier. It made me confused, but they tried scamming me. I got my room for £220.80 pounds as they tried getting more of my money. But it was for a family room, and i got get more facilities and even more space in other hotels. Not worth it. Until, I called the manager to talk. As I got my room, ‘5’ there wasn’t any supplies or anything in sorts. They wasn’t even some facilities like, air conditioning / A.C not even accessible access or equipment neither a accessible wetroom, accessible lowered bathroom, and Luggage facilities. And the most main things, a hotel would have like the other ones I’ve visited Is Premier Inn, Travelodge and Holiday Inn. Is nothing like it! Their website says they had a king size bed and a double bed in a room. Once I called they said, it wasn’t true. Meaning that was a scam too. They didn’t have a powerful shower, not even a vanity area. And no tea and coffee facilities. There wasn’t even facilitates in the room, but somebody banging through the other side of the wall all day. The walls were sealed open. Basically and technologically, the banging was mostly happening and taking place at day and night. Still very distracting and disturbing. I was harmed, it was very loud. I couldn’t even sleep as. The pillows were not the best quality, the bed has caused me discomfort. As the WI-FI didn’t work as much, it was a successful connect but it was unstable and there wasn’t internet connection. But It is uncomfortable and filthy! Making this horrendous and once I had looked at the bathtub. It was not cleaned. But there was a terrible smell coming, as there wasn’t any extensions but no remote for the tub I got. So why did they provide me a tv? As I went towards the corridors and other hallways, there was a ominous, and disgusting smell. This was considered concerning. As I looked at their reviews, most of them by 90% was very bad. The service is awful, and I do not strongly recommend neither suggest this, but I approve this as a scam. But more about this scam, they put a picture of the suite which is private which is a wedding convention, centre which is a private and it’s taken place in events and. In the photos, in reality it’s a small building in the corner behind it with rooms. This was my second visit in this hotel, this time it was very well maintained and clean rooms, they are improving there services. Staff is very cooperative.
