The building looks not very good from the outside, but the accommodation is completely renovated inside. Modern clean rooms with balcony and a small breakfast room. The breakfast buffet offers everything you want and they do fresh egg dishes on request. We visited the Ultra Europe Festival so the location was brilliant (max. 10 minute walk). The city center can also be reached within a 12-15 minute walk.

Amazing place! It was clean and the staff was really friendly. We stayed for a week and on the last day, they surprised us with a gift. The bedroom was big enough, and there was a huge Tv, hot/ cold air and a small fridge. It is not very far from the palace and the Riva although before going we thought it was a poor neighbourhood, nothing to do with that, I’d repeat again!

Absolutely fabulous "hidden" gem in Split. The rooms are clean, modern and cosy, we've also had a balcony with a city view. The receptionists were extremely welcoming and nice as well as helpful. Breakfast room also has the option of eating outside on the balcony, to enjoy the morning sun and coffee. Highly recommended!
