One star for the location and the charming exterior. It's a shame such an old building with such potential has been filled with such shoddily built interiors. Nails and screws are sticking out everywhere. I'm all for reusing building materials, but this hasn't even been repainted or repaired! The bathroom had no ventilation.

Small apartment/ with poor space. Poor comfort on the sofa bed/bed, the apartment/dormitory is starting to get worn. There was a "musty smell" in the apartment and in the common corridor. It also shows signs of poor maintenance. there were no fire alarms in the apartment, a cupboard door under the kitchen counter was missing, the toilet seat was loose, the floor was worn, a lot of "ant boxes" in almost every corner of the room and in the bathroom. It was also very loud in the apartment/dormitory, you hear most of what goes on outside the apartment, as it is on the ground floor.
