I would not choose to stay here on my next trip. 1. Location: It's situated in the central area with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. 2. Staff Service: The staff is quite friendly and accommodating. 3. Room Condition: The room was a bit dirty, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and the bedsheet caused my skin to itch. The power outlets were broken, making it impossible to charge my phone. Laundry service was quite expensive. Soundproofing was not good as I could hear the elevator noise, and the elevator itself was very slow.

I booked a room here on a business trip to Saigon. After checking out, my girlfriend can leave 1 apple watch + 1 pair from gentle monsters in the room. After checking, the location was found at the hotel, but after returning to the hotel to check, the location was lost 30 minutes later. The hotel provided support via loudspeaker and forced customers to automatically go to Ben Nghe ward police to self-report. Besides, the room price and room quality are not really compatible. Will never return to this hotel.

we were given a room very near to the lift. And the lift gives out a very loud ding whenever it reaches a floor. the room is nit very sound proof as well, you can often hear other guest talking very loudly returning late at night. every morning the room service pushcart is also noisy when passing by the room. the aircon in the room is constantly rattling when set to medium speed and above. overall the staff are very kind but you just have to take in the noise
