It’s OK. Very good location, comfortable bed, well equipped apartment. I am reducing 1 stars because of very worn utilities, water poring somewhere under the bathtub, near the kitchen sink full of mist. And another one because no one was answering the phone when I tried to request help because I could not open the building door, even if I entered the correct PIN. Finally we received a automatic reply on chat to push hard and than it opened.

Because of covid restrictions, my family’s trip was cancelled. I tried to contact them to see if it might be possible to get a refund or to reschedule their stay, but never got any response. I called many times and wrote several emails and I even tried their whatsapp service, but I NEVER received an answer from them. I do understand that the establishment could be struggling due to the pandemic, but the behaviour is just not professional shows a total lack of basic manners (just give me one answer after almost two months of trying to contact you). I cannot judge the venue, but I am astonished by the lack of professionalism.
