There is nothing Smart about this flat. This has become quite a sad place, compared to what it once was when it was still managed by the original owner. I used to come very regularly to this appart-hotel before the pandemic, everything was cosy, clean and well managed. This was my first stay since 2019 and I must say, this place is now falling apart, the furniture and equipment in my room is still the same from the initial owner but you can see that nothing is done to fix broken stuff in the room. It is just left degrading and the strict minimum is done to keep this building running. The description on booking says that my room has a jacuzzi-tub. That thing is no longer usable (missing water-plug, broken shower head and almost fully calcified), so the description is basically a lie. The room has no shower either, so its quite uncomfortable to wash yourself in there. Lounges in the living room are both broken and the bed is everything but comfortable. I will not go back there... They have a bad rating online and they earn it. Oh, and the wifi doesn't work from above the 1. Floor in the building.

DO NOT BOOK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. DIRTY AND UNRELIABLE. I arrived and the room hadn't been cleaned from previous guests. The bed had clearly been used by someone else before, and there was no extra bed linen to change it. There was also no bed linen for the duvet and the duvet was very dirty. I called to ask for someone to please give me new bed linen at least since it was alread late and they couldn't so I had to sleep on the sofa of the apartment. Then I asked to please leave bed linen for the next day at least in the morning and noone called me or left bed linen in the apartment while I was in work meetings. I'm still waiting for them to send someone to at least provide clean bed linen for the night and I haven't heard back. This is the most awful experience I've ever had staying in a B&B, Airbnb or apartment and I can't believe they care so little about customer experience. I booked 3 appartments in this building. They rebooked one of them to another location without notifying me. Same happened to other customers that we met infront if the building, trying to enter. For the rooms we got: Size is good. That's about the only positive thing. Bathtub/whirlpool had water running, which could not be stopped. The tub was anyway almost falling appart, so was the remote. Never coming back!
